About Tina Dobsa
Born and raised in Passaic County, Tina is a graduate of Pope Paul High School, and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where she majored in Psychology and Computers. Soon after, Tina obtained her Real Estate license.
Tina believes in ideals such as hard work, dedication and a positive outlook. She dedicates herself to finding out what matters most to you. It is her personal goal to understand your best interests.
Tina currently resides in Wayne with her husband, Gordon, and their 2 young boys. She values family, community and tradition immensely.
Tina has been recognized as the top salesperson for 2001 having achieved the greatest number of buyer controlled sales. She joined Coldwell Banker 11 years ago after being with a family-owned real estate company in Clifton for 10 years.
Specializing in marketing homes and finding buyers in any price range their dream home, Tina is also a Certified New Homes Specialist and an active member of the Passaic County Board of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors and a member of both the Garden State and NJ Multiple Listing Services. Tina also enjoys donating her time as an active volunteer with Coldwell Bankers Thanksgiving Food Drive, Holiday Toys for Tots, Gildas Club and very active in the Public School in her area.
In what was a banner year 2004, Tina was the again the recipient of the prestigious Silver level of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award, having marketed a minimum of 7.5 million dollars of real estate. She has received this distinction every year since 1996. She has been a consistent Top Producer in the Wayne office as well as Passaic County. Tina has previously qualified for Coldwell Banker's International Presidents Circle, which recognizes a distinguished group of 11% of the company's sales force.
